is a Shareholder, Member of the Board and the Leading Strategy Advisor in ADEX Platform AG. He has over 40 years of experience in the diamond industry where he began as a diamond sawyer, and is now the President of Diamex Inc. He is the immediate past President/CFO of the Diamond Manufacturers & Importers Association of America and President of the International Diamond Manufacturers Association.

Dr. Martin Michel

is the Managing Partner of Advokatur Lachen, Attorney at Law and Notary Public and former Member of the Parliament in Canton Schwyz. Martin also advises companies and private individuals in corporate law matters and management tasks.

Niels Balshøj

is a former state-authorized Public Auditor. He worked in leading roles of BDO - one of the worlds 5 biggest auditing companies – including as member of their board (5 years) in Denmark for over 30 years and has now dedicated his work as an Internal Financial Advisor in ADEX Platform AG for the next 5 years.

Amalie Ritzau-Møllehave

is the Director of Projects and Marketing. Amalie has previously worked with well known brands focusing on online marketing and communication as well as project management. Amalie also holds a degree in International Sales and Marketing.
